About Dr. Benjamin M. Wu
Benjamin M. Wu, M.D., Ph.D., FACC is an interventional cardiologist with an interest in coronary interventions and preventive cardiology. After completing his undergraduate studies at UCLA, he decided he needed to stay in school longer, and received his MD degree, and Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at St. Louis University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota where he saw snow for the first time in his life. He promptly returned to California where he finished his cardiology fellowship at Stanford. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, trail running, mountain biking, and wandering in far-off lands.
